Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact (if any)
  • All items must be unused and in its original condition
  • Originals order number would need to be included
  • All items would need to be purchased originally from signstrade.com and its affiliates (chromesack.com, bidsack.com)

If the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

BROKEN / DAMAGED ITEMS:

Depending on the price of the item in many cases we want you to keep the items and we send you the replacement, most cases we DO NOT want you to ship the items back to the supplier.

You will need to provide the proof that the item was broken or incorrect size was delivered. If the item cost is above a certain threshold, then we will advise you to ship the item back to our supplier.

1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 7 days of the receive date.

2. EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE

2.1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.

2.2 Kindly print and fill up the Exchange/Return Request Form here and follow the steps indicated in the form for your exchange.

2.3 Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage for your satisfaction (buyer pays return shipping)

2.4 Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your online Store Credit Voucher is ready.  Generally, the processing period is 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.

2.5 All requests for returns will be refunded to the same method of payment or with online vouchers. Your online Store Credit Voucher will be valid for 60 days and can be used for your next purchase online. It is strictly non refundable, non extendable, non exchangeable for cash and non exchangeable for boutique vouchers. The online Store Credit Voucher is applicable online only and cannot be used in our Retail boutiques.

2.6 Online Store Credit Vouchers are to be used in a singular transaction and any excess amount not utilized, would not be refunded.

2.7 Online Store Credit Vouchers given will be at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.

2.8 However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, signstrade.com will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavour to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of signstrade.com.

3.9 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.

3. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.

3.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order

3.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

3.4 signstrade.com makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchant-ability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose

3.5 Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of North America

3.6 All decisions made by signstrade.com are final

ADDENDUM:

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

*If you are not satisfied with your order, you need to send the order back strictly within 15 days of receipt. We will not be able to accept refund claims after 15 days. Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost as we never charge for shipping, therefore will not be able to refund on shipping.

*If the item is damaged or broken, damaged or non-functional, you’ll need to notify us within 7 DAYS and we will be able to ship identical item to you after you provide us the evidence. After 7 DAYS, we will not be able to accept the claim of non-functional, broken, damaged or wrong size items.

*Its a good idea to have the item tracked with a tracking number ensuring delivery of your return to our supplier in China or USA, depending on where it was shipped from

*All refunds will be issued after ensuring the condition of the item was UNUSED.
